Leslie is available to share in concert for festivals, church services, house concerts, coffee houses, or other events/venues.
Looking for worship leadership for your conference, retreat, or other special event? She is available for single or multiple day events. She would be happy to provide special music or share in concert in addition to leading worship.
Speaker for special events, retreats or conference breakout sessions
Speaking sessions often include songs interspersed throughout. Leslie shares from the life experiences listed below, or she would be happy to develop something to go with the theme of your event.
Leaving Our Mark
Take a look at how our lives imprint or leave a mark on those within our realm of influence. What is the legacy you will leave behind?
We might not be as different from a dog as we think…
Seasons of a Woman’s Life
Find out how the seasons of a woman’s life mirror the four seasons in nature. Bring a light heart as we look at passages from Song of Solomon and share a little laughter at reality.
It’s a Matter of Heart
Leslie will talk about the topic of worship and the role our hearts play whether we serve in worship leadership, worship from the pew, or worship at home.
Living in Dreamland
Is it possible to be a wife, a soccer mom, hold down a job, serve on the PTA and still follow your dreams? Absolutely! But…it’s not always easy. Go on and dream a little dream…or better yet, a big one!
Pressed But Not Crushed: Holding On When You Feel Like Giving Up
What do you do when everything falls apart? No sugar-coating here! We’ll come face to face with the reality that life is hard and really not all that fair at times.
Another Mile: The Road to Becoming an Independent Artist
For those interested in following their musical dreams, Leslie talks about her journey to becoming an independent artist and shares resources that are available to help you on your way.
Leslie will work with your worship band or team during a rehearsal to help identify strengths and weaknesses, and to evaluate how the team might work more effectively together. Time will be given to discuss specific needs or concerns that you may have.
Sunday morning worship leadership (alone or with your ministry team)
She would love to spend Sunday morning worshiping with your church family. Leslie can join your worship team or lead by herself from the piano or keyboard.
**There must be an opportunity for rehearsing prior to the service if choosing to have her lead with your church team.
A ministry weekend is a great way to combine the above offerings. Saturday morning will start with an intimate time of worship, followed by a speaking session where she’ll share on the topic “It’s a Matter of Heart.” This can be done over coffee or brunch or it can be divided into two smaller sessions with a short break between them.
There will be a break for lunch, either provided by the church/venue or everyone on their own. The day will resume with optional breakout sessions during the afternoon. These would include: working with your worship team/band as described above under Worship Consultant; working individually or as a group on vocal elements such as maintaining vocal health, warm ups, and taking a look at how stylistic expression fits (or doesn’t fit!) while leading worship; piano or keyboard instruction; or, take a look at the life of an independent artist and the resources available to follow your God-given dreams.
Dinner can be provided by the church/venue or everyone on their own. The day will conclude with an open mic time followed by a short concert. This part of the weekend can include participants in the daytime activities as well as anyone else who would like to come.
Leslie’s time with you will conclude on Sunday morning, at which time she will be available to lead worship with your team or by herself, and to provide special music, which can be anywhere from a song or two to a concert to fit an amount of time of your choosing. If you prefer, she can simply be a part of the church body and worship with you from the pew.
Need a little background music for your banquet, Christmas party, or wedding? Leslie is quite comfortable on the keys and would enjoy providing this for you.
